Author informations:

Milan Dobeš is key person of geometric and dynamic constructivism. He was found by core theoretists of at that time Frank Popper and Udo Kultermann (at Prague exhibition in 1966). According to this historical meeting, Dobeš´s career were pushed with deliberated 60´s. Enabled him to developed contacts around the world, so he was invited to the most significant exhibitions including "Documenta 4" in Kassel in 1968. In 1971 he also succeeded in touring with the American Wind Symphony Orchestra in the U.S.A. where he accompanied new musical compositions with his kinetic light program. Dobeš uses segments of circles both of varying width and radius and of varying length and color. Structure is still present but, de facto, it is hidden behind the arrangement of individual components. It contributed to the dynamic effect to each composition and thus brought a new dimension to the international school of geometrical art.
