Dúbravský Andrej (1987)

Andrej Dúbravský was born on 30 July 1987 in Nové Zámky. Between 2004 – 2008 he studied at the School of Applied Arts, Department of Stone Sculpture and between 2008 – 2014 at the Academy of Fine Arts and Design in Bratislava. He received his bachelor’s degree upon completing studies in the 4th Studio of prof. Ivan Csudai. He was awarded his absolutorium in the Studio of prof. Daniel Fischer. In 2011 he won 2nd prize in the competition Maľba 2011 and 1st prize in the following year of the same competition. Since 2009, he actively exhibits not only in Slovakia but also abroad. His works are in the collections of the Slovak National Gallery, Bratislava City Gallery, and in multiple private collections.
